Acquisition of Portfolio of Apartment Projects

In view of the favorable market for the acquisition of apartment buildings, this Firm has been called upon the assist clients in the acquisition of value-added apartment complexes. We start by negotiating a favorable purchase contract, follow-up by setting up title and escrow and reviewing and assessing all documents generated by the same, preparing deadline checklists, addressing any due diligence issues that arise during escrow, reviewing financing documents, setting up and syndicating the single asset entities, and handling all closing matters. Upon completion of these apartment projects, electronic closing notebooks are sent to the clients.
